You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 21phmaya login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 21phmaya immediately via our support channels.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations, 21phmaya may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 21phmaya reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or engaging in any other conduct that 21phmaya determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

21phmaya is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or other technical issues on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers, particularly in live dealer games where disconnection may result in an open bet being settled automatically.
